GUIDELINES DRIVING/WALKING NEW ASPHALT

5/8/2019

HIGHPOINT

NEW PAVEMENT DRIVING

& WALKING GUIDELINES

Please try to avoid making sharp turns whenbacking in and out of the parking spot.

The grinding of tires, especially in the sun will tend to scar the newpavement surface.

Please be aware,
however, that any scaring that does occur is superficial and will not affect
the

integrity of the pavement.  Avoidingtire grinding at all times will lessen the likelihood of this occurrence.

Please pay special attention to cleaning orremoving shoes when entering your home.

The pavement oils and asphalt material will tend to “stick” to shoes for
a period of time during

the curing process and can stain floors and/orcarpeting.  In addition, the oils willtend to bead

water on the new surface for a while and may appear as smallpuddles, but are not problematic.

Please be aware that the kick stands for
motorcycles and bicycles as well as the heels of shoes

will tend to “pierce”the new pavement during the heat of the day. Please be careful.

Asphalt is a blend of materials that, whilehaving a uniform overall appearance, may have

small blemishes.  These blemishes or exposed aggregate do not
affect the integrity of the asphalt and are common.

The Board of Directors, Management & Onorati Construction would like to thankyou in advance

for your cooperation in removing your vehicles from thedesignated areas at the appropriate

times and being cautionary throughout the
duration of this project.
